Updated: August 19, 2010Learning Cycles and Framework Initiatives

These grievances have now been moved to the Arbitration Stage. This is unfortunate because now the process will be long, time consuming and very costly for both the Board and OSSTF. As an update, we held a meeting with the new Director and Senior Assistant of Human Resources in early August in an attempt to avoid arbitration. We will keep you posted of further developments (if any) before the formal school year commences.
There have been several other outstanding issues this past summer. Your rep will fill you in during your first meeting in September/October.
